EcoDataCenter successfully issues SEK 500 million subsequent bonds

EcoDC Holding AB (publ) (the “Company” or “EcoDataCenter”) has successfully issued subsequent senior unsecured bonds in an aggregate nominal amount of SEK 500 million (the “Subsequent Bonds”) under the Company’s framework of up to SEK 2,000 million with ISIN SE0026853533 and due in December 2029 (the “Bonds”). Following the Subsequent Bond issue, the total nominal amount outstanding under the Bonds will be SEK 1,000 million.

The net proceeds from the Subsequent Bond issue will be applied towards general corporate purposes. The Subsequent Bonds will be issued at a price of 99.50 per cent. of the nominal amount (excluding accrued interest) and the issuance was initiated by reverse inquiries. The settlement date of the Subsequent Bonds will be 24 March 2026.

EcoDataCenter intends to apply for admission to trading of the Subsequent Bonds on the corporate bond list of Nasdaq Stockholm within 60 days of the issue date.

ABG Sundal Collier AB and Nordea Bank Abp acted as arrangers in connection to the issue of the Subsequent Bonds. Advokatfirman Vinge KB acted as legal counsel.
