On 21 September 2025, EcoDC Holding AB (publ) (the "Company" or "EcoDataCenter") announced its invitation to holders of its outstanding senior unsecured bonds issued in 2024 (ISIN: SE0023111695) with an outstanding amount of SEK 1,000 million (the "Existing Bonds") (of which the Company previously has repurchased, but not cancelled, SEK 142.50 million) to tender their bonds for purchase by EcoDataCenter (the "Tender Offer"), on the terms set out in the tender information document dated 21 September 2025 (the "Tender Information Document"). Capital terms used in this announcement but not defined have the meanings given to them in the Tender Information Document.

EcoDataCenter today announces that the Tender Offer will be extended and expire at 14:00 CEST on 2 October 2026 (the "New Expiration Date"). Settlement of the Tender Offer is expected to coincide with the settlement date of the New Green Bonds to the extent possible (the "New Settlement Date").
All references to the Expiration Date and the Settlement Date in the Tender Information Document (and any other materials relating to the Tender Offer) shall be deemed to refer to the New Expiration Date and the New Settlement Date.
Holders of Existing Bonds who have validly tendered their bonds pursuant to the Tender Offer are not required to take any further action with respect to such Existing Bonds and such tenders constitute a valid tender for the purposes of the Tender Offer.
The above dates are subject to the right of EcoDataCenter to extend, reopen, withdraw or terminate the Tender Offer, in each case at the sole and absolute discretion of the Company.
