EcoDataCenter expands internationally with an office in Germany

In line with the company’s strategy, EcoDataCenter strengthens its position in the DACH Region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). To meet the increasing demands from international customers for sustainable data center services, the company establishes an office in Munich with a dedicated sales representative.

The office in Munich is an ideal strategic position for EcoDataCenter in the important German market, facilitating the dialogue with European companies aiming to grow their digital assets with a lowered climate impact.

EcoDataCenter’s Sales Representative at the new office is Stefan Frenzel, adding over 20 years of experience in Marketing and Business development to the competent sales team. He is also a member of the Open Compute Project (OCP).

“The office in Munich opens new possibilities for increased dialogue with companies in the region. With our unique, sustainable solutions, we can help them significantly reduce the carbon footprint of their data center operations. Sweden has an abundant supply of renewable energy and very competitive electricity prices”, Anders Fryxell, Sales Director, EcoDataCenter, says.

“The international expansion is part of EcoDataCenter’s strategy. With the construction of a new data center in Falun, we have the capacity needed to facilitate growth for large companies. EcoDataCenter is now continuing its journey to becoming the leading data center provider in the Nordic Region”, Dan Andersson, CEO EcoDataCenter, concludes.
