How we show care

We care for people. To do that, we regularly assess the physical and psychological work environment perceived by our employees.

One example of that is how we collect information through an annual employee satisfaction survey.

The satisfaction score for 2024 was 83 out of 100, a small decline compared to 2023 (86) but above our target of 80.

Building trustworthy partnerships

Caring for people also means to be a good and reliable partner. It is important to us to understand how our customers perceive us. To do so, we conduct interviews with them.

Our Net Promoter Score (NPS) in 2024 reached 88 out of 100. The previous year's score was 82, meaning we are accelerating at the head of the industry.

Relevant industry averages are for example Technology and Services (66) and Cloud and hosting (37). This year's result shows our collective commitment to excel – both within our industry and globally.

Keeping people safe

We continue to care for people through continued training, flexible work arrangements, our transparency, embodied by this report, and a rigorous approach and protocols for safety.

We adhere to several ISO certifications and standards, such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO/IEC 27001. Our Data Center B in Falun is validated for EN 50600.
